Tallow is the cornerstone of all of our products. Not only does it promote nourished, healthy skin, but historically has been used for centuries to treat dryness, eczema, blemishes, and more.
All of our tallow is sourced from small farms that maintain the highest standards for their cattle. 100% Grass Fed, Pasture raised, happy, and healthy.
Unfortunately the vast majority of tallow (even grass fed) is low quality and not ideal for the skin. This is why we only use suet fat (the non greasy, odorless kind) in our balms.
